Goods purchased are eligible for refund or exchange within 7days, from the day of purchase as stated on the receipt. We apologise that after 7 days, the refund or exchange offer will lapse.
The following goods are not eligible for refund or exchange:
Clearance and products on sale
Goods eligible for refund or exchange must be unused and returned in the same mint condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging that was delivered to you.
To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned good is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal account, within 2 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after 2 working days, first check your paypal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at source. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
All products must be exchanged with the same price value or less within 7 days of purchase. The product to be exchanged must not be used and/or damaged and must come with original packaging.
